Been dealing with a bit of a low key lower/mid back injury recently that has strangely moved around over the last few weeks between QL and ribs.
It hasn't stopped me training completely but it has slowed me down and made me focus to discover what is missing in my training or what I am compensating for and then over compensating for that making new issues.
Also after our talk with last week it has been in my mind with his lower back injury too.
It feels like it's turned a corner after a productive exploration compression and contraction session yesterday so I would like to discuss my process for that and dealing with any injury and here and I'd love to hear your approaches or anything you've dealt with lately and how you overcame it.
I've also got my first triathlon in 2 weeks so any advice from anyone whos done one would be appreciated!
