While working my way through the One Man Agency course I’ve been posting on social media about the launch of my agency this coming week. Here's how we helped him do it. Step 1: We helped him clarify his client avatar & the offer he would sell to them. As we know, what you sell and who you sell it to are the most import elements that dictate if you will SCALE or FAIL. I helped him refine a winning offer on our first 1-1 call. Step 2: Copywriting pre work. We went through an in depth workflow of market research, competitor analysis and then applied it all to the winning copy writing frameworks I've developed over the past 7-8 years in the game. This allowed us to create a banger VSL and winning ads from the get go without having to waste a bunch of time or money on "testing" Step 3: Launched & Optimised. Once the lead flow and call booking constraint was solved then we had to dial in sales process. A few subtle tweaks go a long way.
