Hormozi's Problem With The Agency Model
Good news 😉
His "problem" with the agency model is that "it's incredibly EASY to scale an agency to $3M - $10M/yr but incredibly hard to scale to $100M/yr"
I'll take $1M - $3M/yr with high profit margins any day off the week.
