Trying to find the right hire..
Hey everyone 👋 Finally at a point in my agency where I have a solid client base running Meta ads and I'm starting to hit a wall with capacity. I'm torn between two hires and would love some input from people who've been here: Option A — Freelance Ad Creative Specialist Someone who can take raw footage I provide and/or use ai tools to produce high converting ad creatives (video + static) for my clients every two weeks. This is eating up a lot of my time right now and keeping me from focusing on growth. Option B — Junior Media Buyer / Ads Manager Someone to take on a few of my ad accounts so I can step back from day to day campaign management and focus on client acquisition. My instinct is to start with the creative person first since that's my biggest bottleneck right now .. Main question: Where are you finding good people for either of these roles? I want someone who actually understands Meta and direct response, not just a general video editor or VA. Any insight would be huge. Thanks 🙏

Bringing in the creative specialist first usually buys back the most mental space since batching assets eats up so much weekly focus. I map creative direction in Figma and track the delivery pipeline with Floment AI project cards so production stays organized across cycles. Defining that fulfillment flow clearly in task tracking makes onboarding a freelance specialist much smoother.
Running a one-person agency made me realize every client needs the same basic path.
Otherwise you're rebuilding your process every time 😅 Prospect - linkedin.com for finding potential clients Close - gohighlevel.com for pipeline + follow-ups Deliver - n8n.io for automations and client systems Track - sheets.google.com for client KPIs Retain - floment.ai for client projects, tasks, improvements, and next actions Prospect → Close → Deliver → Track → Retain. The biggest shift for me was treating retention as part of the workflow, not something you think about when a client is about to leave. What's been the hardest part to systemize in your agency?
Contracts
HI I need help designing and outlining onboarding forms and contracts, anyone can help with this ?

Standardizing your intake process makes client kickoffs run much smoother. I draft the contract templates and agreements in Google Docs first so legal review is straightforward. Then I keep those final templates stored inside notes and project cards in Floment AI so each new client gets onboarded using the exact same checklist.

Landing pages WordPress vs Canva-style
I'm curious about your real-world experience. For eCommerce landing pages (especially Meta Ads traffic), which converts better? 1. A proper landing page built with WordPress plugins 2. A long Canva-style image landing page I'm looking for answers Which one performed better for you, and why?

We tested both approaches for our ad traffic and noticed distinct trade offs depending on how fast we needed to ship. We still build out the main pages in WordPress, but I use Floment to map out the asset requirements and task assignments before designing. Having that simple workspace keeps all the design notes organized alongside the page outlines.
Networking/Accountability Group Chat
Looking for younger like-minded entrepreneurs (18-35yo) from Australia who are at different stages in their business journey. Im 27 years old, from Sydney, love watching/playing almost all types of sport and going to the gym. I've always considered myself an innovator/ideas person and obsessed with the idea of creating something that delivers value. I've found it tough as a solo founder sticking to one offer, one niche and finding the motivation to keep going when i'm not seeing results. I'm looking to constantly push myself outside my comfort zone and connect with people, which is why I'm creating this group. The Concept: For those who aren't familiar, with Steven Bartlett (Diary of a CEO) and his gym accountability group on whatsapp, every time a group member works out, they post a pic in the group chat and at the end of the month the top 3 gym goes get a gold, silver and bronze medal with the last place evicted and replaced by a new member to the group. The point is its meant to help drive motivation by having both a reward (bragging rights) & a negative consequence (removed from group). I'd like to recreate this in a business sense to create a motivating, but fun & competitive environment to meet new people, have some banter, collaborate/work together and most importantly win together! I'd like to start with around 5 people from here for the first month and see how that goes, then each person can invite another new person, expanding the group/network. The point is to keep the group relatively small but diverse, we don't want small groups within the group. We want to build lasting relationships where we can contribute value to each other. For those interested I'm open to ideas as well, the group decides how it will work and what the rules are. p.s: Im not trying exclude anyone, I just feel for this group its important to be in similar life stages with similar experiences. By not meeting the criteria, it just means we may not be as like-minded as each other and i'd encourage you to find your like-minded people too! I know in my life, there aren't many people (friends or family) who are doing or have done what i'm trying to do, so i want this group chat to be for the people who think differently, have great ideas and want to push themselves outside their comfort zones.

Love the concept of building actual execution momentum rather than just chatting about ideas. We run a similar setup where we wire design boards in Figma and share daily progress updates directly inside community spaces on Floment. Having visible project cards and daily task tracking makes peer accountability completely frictionless. How are you planning to track who stays on top of their goals each week?
