1-Without a timetable you are like a captain on a ship trying to get to his destination with no map or compass. If you allow yourself to be guided by the winds (AKA your current situation, mood, feelings and lower based desires) you are going to end up making very poor choices.
Instant gratification will always be your place of choice and productivity, achievements and actual fulfillment will evade you forever. Also, you need to realize that relaying on willpower instead of leveraging a system to build habits it’s just straight up stupid, especially if you know how willpower and decision fatigue works. Let’s explain this on a very comprehensible and non scientific manner, let’s call it bro-science, like Hamza, the big brother of self improvement himself calls it:
When you wake up you’ve got a certain amount of “brain points”, each decision you make, even a small one like choosing what to wear that day is going to take from you mental points. The more decisions you make throughout the day, of any kind, the less “brain points” you’ll have. The more temptations you fight the more “brain points you lose”.
That means that at some point of the day, depending on how much willpower you used and how much decision fatigue you’ve built up throughout the day, you are going to be absolutely vulnerable to all temptations in your environment and way more prone to procrastinate than to do something productive like meditating, reading, studying, practicing your skill or whatever it is important for you in your day. Thats why we need this structure to your day.
2-Most people have the wrong idea about timetables and scheduling your days, planning them ahead. That’s because they think it would be like a prison. They think they’d be enslaved to their schedules and their routine, but here’s the thing normies do not realize about this: THEY ARE ALREADY ENSLAVED TO THEIR LOWER BASED DESIRES, EMOTIONS, RANDOM THOUGHTS, MOODS AND SITUATIONS. They are feathers in the wind of life, being blown from one vice to the other, from one commitment they hate to the other. When indulgence is the norm you are a slave to your lower base desires.
When you plan ahead and build your own timetable with your long term goals in mind, with exactly what you need to do every and each day to keep growing mentally, physically, spiritually and moving towards your goal (your main purpose, your business, your career, the achievements and dreams you want to accomplish), then instead of being a slave to your lower instincts you are striving upwards, you are paying attention to your higher rational part and working for something that in the long run is going to be more beneficial to you and is going to build a solid foundation of fulfillment, happiness, wonderful experiences (you could not have ever had if you hadn’t work for them) and security for yourself and your family.
Besides, a schedule is not a prison, you won’t be able to complete it at 100% every single day, life will through unexpected things at you (please don’t use this to cope and not do the work) but even if you complete a 70%, a 60%, a 40% even… you are still making way more progress daily than if you had no plan at all. This is the main key to consistency. Use it well.
3-Now let’s build your own timetable. Like I said, all you need is a cellphone and go into the note’s app. Inside you are going to create a new folder and you are going to call it Routine. Make sure to sort the notes inside by date of creation. And then you are going to create the first note inside that Routine folder. The name of the note is always going to be the day when it’s created followed by the day of the week in number like this (1/7) for Monday for example and the week of your self-improvement journey since you started with your time table, I’m guessing for you will be week 1. So let me show you an example of my own:
*Picture 1
This is how that routine folder should look like. And yes, I’m on week 109 currently, and there’s only 688 days on that folder because I actually started to track my routine on my other phone, but since 688 days ago I started doing it on this one. Pay no attention to that now.
Inside the note this is the structure you are going to follow, it’s not necessary to copy my habits, I’m going to show you with what exactly you can get started. Here’s my example of the whole structure:
*Picture 2
First the habits, make sure to be as specific as possible, we don’t want to leave any room for decisions (instead of just “read” as a habit you are going to write down “Read Atomic Habits” or whatever book you are going to read, but I do recommend you to start with that one, or with The Way of Men by Jack Donovan or Bronze Age Mindset, but we’ll talk more about that later.
In your case the habits we are going to prioritize are:
07:00 - 08:00: Meditation and gratitude journaling.
08:00 - 9:00: Read Atomic Habits.
09:00 - 10:00: Workout.
10:00 - 11:00: Take a shower.
11:00 - 13:00: Work on your business (the specific task, the highest leverage task you can do to grow your business, we’ll talk more on that later).
13:00 - 14:00: Lunch (the specific thing you are going to eat).
14:00 - 15:00: Read more.
15:00 - 17:00: More work on your skill, business or high leverage task.
17:00 - 19:00: Enjoy yourself, watch educational podcasts on YouTube, have in general some sort of productive and sort of free time, state the specific task and stick to it, something you really enjoy, as long as it’s not a bad habit and it keeps you productive.
19:00 - 20:00: Wind down routine. Read Mythology, History or Inspiring Fiction books. Make sure to read a story, something that truly inspires you.
And right after that read your affirmations and go to sleep.
Tailored to yourself and your specific situation this timetable, but the habits remain, you have to meditate (and do gratitude journaling), read, workout and work on your dream (business, purpose, skill or trade). You’ve got to do these things daily if you want to become a true wolf amongst sheep, a true lion, the most powerful and ultimate man. The Übermensch, the superior man, the ultimate man like Nietzsche called it.
If you’ve got school or a 9 to 5 included on your timetable as an entire block of time and work around it, but the best thing you can do is go to bed really early and wake up really early to be able to tackle your business or high leverage tasks before having to waste your time on school (indoctrination camp) or at a 9 to 5 (slave camp). Also try to do your self-improvement tasks before as well. We’ll dive deeper into each holistic self improvement core habit on the following modules, so don’t worry about that. We’ve got it all covered.

Gamification is essential for motivation and for actually making it fun. Also, it is very important to keep track of how well you are doing in case you face any challenges you might be able to identify what’s hindering your progress and when. Tracking is essential. I think this is very self explanatory, you just count how many tasks you completed and then mark accordingly. Make sure your highest animal is the lion because that’s what you are shooting for every day.
I want you to live every single day as The Day of the Lion.
*Picture 4
These are extra habits or bad habits you want to avoid, some of your short term goals here and right after that your affirmations. At the end I suggest you to do your daily journaling but we’ll talk more about that on the following modules.
At the end of each day the only thing you’ve got to do is copy the whole thing, unmark the checkboxes, change the numbers (mainly the dates), read your affirmation and go to sleep.
I hope this guide was helpful to you, this is part of my free course (The Lion Raiser's Course) available on my Youtube channel (Northwolf) for anyone who wants to build a solid foundation for their lives and aim at success and consistency.
