Without a timetable you are wasting your life 💀
1-Without a timetable you are like a captain on a ship trying to get to his destination with no map or compass. If you allow yourself to be guided by the winds (AKA your current situation, mood, feelings and lower based desires) you are going to end up making very poor choices. Instant gratification will always be your place of choice and productivity, achievements and actual fulfillment will evade you forever. Also, you need to realize that relaying on willpower instead of leveraging a system to build habits it’s just straight up stupid, especially if you know how willpower and decision fatigue works. Let’s explain this on a very comprehensible and non scientific manner, let’s call it bro-science, like Hamza, the big brother of self improvement himself calls it: When you wake up you’ve got a certain amount of “brain points”, each decision you make, even a small one like choosing what to wear that day is going to take from you mental points. The more decisions you make throughout the day, of any kind, the less “brain points” you’ll have. The more temptations you fight the more “brain points you lose”. That means that at some point of the day, depending on how much willpower you used and how much decision fatigue you’ve built up throughout the day, you are going to be absolutely vulnerable to all temptations in your environment and way more prone to procrastinate than to do something productive like meditating, reading, studying, practicing your skill or whatever it is important for you in your day. Thats why we need this structure to your day. 2-Most people have the wrong idea about timetables and scheduling your days, planning them ahead. That’s because they think it would be like a prison. They think they’d be enslaved to their schedules and their routine, but here’s the thing normies do not realize about this: THEY ARE ALREADY ENSLAVED TO THEIR LOWER BASED DESIRES, EMOTIONS, RANDOM THOUGHTS, MOODS AND SITUATIONS. They are feathers in the wind of life, being blown from one vice to the other, from one commitment they hate to the other. When indulgence is the norm you are a slave to your lower base desires.

@Deniz U I want to believe that it's true brother but by Monday you'll have forgotten about this. When we say we'll start later we never start. Always start now because there's nothing but the present moment.

@Deniz U where's your timetable then?

People think that freedom is doing whathever you feel like doing but there's a key word there: feel. If you always do whathever you feel like doing you are not free, you are simply a slave to your lower based desires, your feelings. The thing is... When you think a little deeper, conjure a vision for your life, figure out what you truly want (and trust me, it's easier than you think, you just need to sit down and actually try, people complain all the time that they don't know what they want or that they can't find meaning in their lives but... Have you ever tried to get away from all the noise and the cheap dopamine for a day, sit the fuck down and actually think in depth about what you want? Have you even asked such question to yourself? You'd be surprise by the astonishing fact that most of the people that complain about this have never even tried to think about it let alone journal with regards to it) you'll come up with a goal, an objective. For example, you think "I don't want to be fat, unhealthy and unattractive. How can I solve that? I'll start eating better and hit the gym." Simple, right? Yes, simple but now easy. That's the thing! Because when you formulate a goal and your do some simple reverse engineering of that goal into a somwhat consistent action you must undertake to achieve it... all of the sudden something comes up... RESISTENCE. And what the fuck is resistence? For that we actually need to understand something first. The goal is not really the goal. I know it sounds confusing but let me explain... The goal is actually to become "he who can" achieve such goal. Because if you were the person that could actually achieve your goals... well, they'd be already achieved, woudn't they? So your current self is not really the one who achieves the goal. It's the improved version of you. And how does this version comes to live? How is it built? It's by meeting resistence with effort. Resistence is the weapon of the old self, trying to stay alive within you. Trying to linger on and keep you as you currently are.

@Deniz U hope you found it useful, brother. Stay strong!
✍️This is not an intro post, this is my story... (it's long, so take a sit to read it)
3 years ago I got into self-improvement. I had been 4 years into this massive chronic depression and turned out I could have gotten out of it the whole time in only two weeks of doing the right habits. Meditation Working out Reading Those 3 simple things, building for myself a timetable and developing enough discipline to souly focus on that and stop my bad habits (playing video-games, smoking and drinking enrgy drinks while listening to music, partying with my friends while taking drugs and drinking and social media addiction). I did struggled with quitting smoking and listening to music while drinking energy drinks but that's a story for another day. The rest of them... all gone. I had no idea of how the brain worked, how dopamine worked, how instant gratification was poison and delayed gratification was the pathway to a better life, a life of meaning and actual acomplishments. I learned through self-improvement that disipline is just as painful as depression caused by instant gratification but you can either chose the pain that comes from growing or the pain that comes from decaying. It doesn't matter if you don't make a choice, because not making it only guarantees the later. After a while on self-improvement, naturally I started to look for a way to become productive beyond just taking care of my body, mind and soul. I wanted to grow, expand, build something, make money, contribute to the world, help other people. I'm not going to lie, I tried a bunch of business models (I knew I wasn't going to get a random job or anything, I was going to make money with a business, preferably online, I had read The Millionaire Fastlane by MJ DeMarco, I knew some shit now!)... I tried SMMA but no local businesses would take my services and I found cold outreach so fucking hard and painful, so I quitted that. I tried buying medical equipment to sell to private clinics, that flopped as well. I tried software development but it took me months to develop the shittiest of apps and I got discouragued and quitted as well (I wasn't that good programming, it really takes a lot of time and effort to learn). I tried more business models than I can remember right now to be honest.

@Deniz U thanks, brother... this is just the beginning. There's nothing more powerful and fulfilling than turning your life into an epic story... live to build a legacy, to complete a mission and to feel proud and you won't go wrong in your journey.

Figure out your meaning voids. Why do you want more money? Is it because you want more status and power? Why do you want that will throw us into a philosophical and metaphysical analysis so for consistency’s sake let’s not go down that rabbit hole now. What I’m saying here is that if what you want is more status and power there’s a better way to obtain it than through money. We’ve been bless by being born on this turbulent times of decadence for our Western Civilization, because it bestows upon us the magnificent opportunity to create something new. Once you have scaled beyond the $10K per month you start feeling a void in your life and you start wondering if more money will really change your life that much (it can indeed, and you can actually keep scaling up and do a lot of wonderful things with a shitload of money). Reality is that it doesn’t matter how much money you accumulate. You’ll never be as powerful as the Kings of old. You'll never have the power of the great heroes and warlords that have walked the earth before us. Elon Musk, the richest man on the planet stated on an interview that he wasn’t nearly as powerful as Vladimir Putin. He cannot invade a country. Romans said that you are not truly rich unless you can afford a legion. My point is that there’s only so much you can do with just money. Trying to get to the heights of power with money is like trying to build generational wealth from a job. You could become a millionaire from an extremely high paying job and being the absolute best at it. But if you have read The Millionaire Fastlane by MJ DeMarco or know anything about generating wealth then you know for a fact trying to get rich from a job is a stupid idea. You are fighting there an uphill battle. The same with trying to get to the absolute pinnacle of power and build an immortal legacy through making money. In a thousand years nobody will fucking remember who Steve Jobs was. Apple will not be a thing anymore. Our civilization might not be around by then.

🏰 What’s a knight🛡️without a dragon? 🐉
The answer is... just a man. The dragon is the representation of chaos. It's the resistence that naturally shows up inside of you when you set a goal and have to take action to actually achieve it. The resistence is the weapon of your old-self, fighting to survive within you. But you must kill it in order for you to become "he who can" achieve the goal that you have set up for yourself. PAIN is the coin with which you shall pay for you to get what you want out of life and this pain will naturally manifest when you meet resistance with effort to overcome it. You want a great physic? Then you must pay with the pain of meeting the resistance to go to the gym, researching what a good diet actually is, resisting the cravings of eating the wrong way and going back to your old habits that damage your body, sticking to your bedtime to actually get the rest your body needs to build muscle amongst other things like getting sunlight to boost your testosterone, sprinting and what not. You want to get rich? You must then figure out what shall be your vehicle and sticking to it for long enough to actually gain a deep undertanding of your niche, working hard at it even when results seem like they'll never show up. You get the point. There's no hero without a villain. There's no pleasure without pain. And the reverse is true. Without pain there's no everlasting pleasure. Choose always delayed gratification, brother... lasts longer and it's sustainable over time. It's the path to greatness, purpose and meaning within this lifetime. Instant gratification will only get you to an existential crisis and depression in the long run. Meaninglessness, regreat, pain. Trust me, I know. I lived it! I was a loser. Now I'm actually prooud of myself. And there's way more pain I'm ready to face now. I'm learning to bathe in it and enjoy it. Don't be silly. Not on that way. You know what I mean. Delusion backed up just by words it's just delusion but delusion backed up by relentless action... that's called faith, brother! Remember: Duty, Honor and Pride!
