David Goggins Note
I've been a fan of david goggins for awhile now and recently decided to get his book and read it. When i got the book i just started reading right away. And the thing is im not the biggest reader ever id say and read maybe 20 mins a day. That day i read 263 pages of his book. It was the best book i ever read, i finished it a day later but here is david goggins short story i can make. His story: David Goggins was born to an abusive father, worked 18 hours a day at the age of 8, witnessed and took severe beatings, had a stutter, was stupid, his mom had trauma, he had ADHD and PTSD, he was fat, lazy, a failure of the military, broke, and had nothing in his life. HE lost 103 pounds in 3 months, went through 3 hell weeks, became a navy seal, completed 3 elite military trainings, was the top of the class, and went through hell and back in the military. The ice waters, killer pete, the water eveloutions and cooked knees. He has completed over 60 ultra marathons, world record for pull-ups and many more feats. He did this with a hole in his heart, a body tight as steel, broken feet, ankles, shattered knees and shin splints. If he can do it, so can you. Here’s a general lesson from the book, kill your inner bitch and conquer your mind and soul. Have the objective of going out during the day and doing everything you dont want to. Wake up at 5:00 AM, do the little things like making your bed, brushing your teeth, run in the cold and dark, eat a bland super meal, hit the gym, do your MYO routine. ITs all about building your mind and killing that inner bitch. Discipline, obsession and motivation is the key to success in life.

Tracking Cals
Yo Guys, Im currently on a holiday trip since 13.08 and I couldnt be going to the gym. I focused on getting at least 15.000 steps a day but I also stopped tracking my cals because I thought it wouldnt be useful. So my question is: Should I always track my cals even if I dont go to the gym? And im lean bulking btw.

Mow a lawn, do a service for somebody, window wash or car detail. Ask around the neighborhood if they would have anything they would want done for a bit of cash.
