Tracking Cals
Yo Guys,
Im currently on a holiday trip since 13.08 and I couldnt be going to the gym. I focused on getting at least 15.000 steps a day but I also stopped tracking my cals because I thought it wouldnt be useful. So my question is: Should I always track my cals even if I dont go to the gym? And im lean bulking btw.
