Be Respectful 🫡

If you’re unsure how the person you’re talking to will feel about what you’re going to say or ask, always be respectful and give them a heads-up.

“Random question—if you’re not comfortable answering, you don’t have to, but…”
“By the way, I have a question that might be a little deep. You don’t have to answer if you’re not comfortable, but…”
“Yeah, I don’t think I agree with you on that because…”

These are a few ways I personally use when asking deep or weird questions , or when I have a disagreement with someone. The goal is to prepare them for what’s coming so they feel more comfortable.
