Donโ€™t live your life in survival mode
(Donโ€™t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) I speak to entrepreneurs all the time, and while it is great they built great businesses and are successful in that regard. That is cool, but on the inside, the emotional side they are in shambles. In a constant state of survival mode, which is crazy to think they built these great businesses while in survival mode, just imagine of they did it not in survival mode! The great could be greaterโ€ฆ And why is it, that they are in survival mode? Well it is because their nervous systems are dysregulated cause of their unhealed traumaโ€™s from bullying, childhood and etc. And cause these people are in survival mode, they will not only never be happy and satisfied, no matter how much money they make and even their success will be affected! Cause what is the most important thing for success? It is delaying gratification for your future self, what do you do when you run in survival mode? You choose instant gratification, and that leads to a worse future, costing you less success and being unhappy. Heal your trauma, please.

Do you feel like healing is not working?
(Donโ€™t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) Ever took action on my advice for healing trauma, and feel like it is not doing nothing? My advice I give out on healing trauma is to first of all bring up the unprocessed emotion, then act on what your brain says to do, or of you donโ€™t get that, then shake or something. Do you do it, and are like in your brain โ€œMan is this even working?โ€ Of so, that is completely normal and it is fine. In fact, not going to lie must of the time when I heal my traumaโ€™s I get the same thoughts, most of the time as I have a daily habit of healing a specific incident of trauma, as of course I practise what I preach. And what I say to my self in my mind, and the advice I am about to give you right now on this, it is simple. Just ignore the negative thoughts, and accept them for what they are, and when in doubt of your healing process is working, just learn more about healing trauma, ask mentors, ChatGPT, google and what not. Stay consistent keep improving your healing process, happiness beyond money is coming your wayโ€ฆ

Do you feel like healing is not working?
Speak to yourself in your mind like you would to a best friend
(Donโ€™t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) Your quality of life is dictated by the quality of your thoughts. Your inner voice in your mind must be kind to you or you will be miserable and unhappy no matter what. The perfect balance between holding yourself to a high standard and being kind to yourself is speaking to yourself like a best friend in your mind. I learned this in a mental health course called the science of wellbeing. And ever since I applied it myself it changed my life. So how do you do this? You may be wondering. Here is how, you do these 4 things as the pre requisite to using the talk to yourself in the best friend voice, other wise you would probably forget or something, and when you do these things you will just like yourself better: 1. Meditate, download the medito app, and just start small, and work your way up to at least 5 mins a day, every day. 2. Gratitude, begin gratitude journaling every day, this forces yourself to have more positive thoughts, 3. Eat clean, do not eat seed oils, processed junk, eat natural good healthy food, that does not have weird or artificial ingredients. 4. Heal trauma, I have spoke about this many times, simply bring up the past unprocessed emotion and do a healing method like shaking, this is the most important.

Why you feel empty even despite success
(Donโ€™t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) I speak to tons of entrepreneurs every day, and despite their vanity success, successful businesses. They still feel like something is missing, and they feel empty to an extent still, and are not happy. It is like they build businesses that are like โ€œgolden handcuffs.โ€ And honestly after speaking to honestly about 100 entrepreneurs like this now. I believe the biggest reason is thisโ€ฆ They have unhealed trauma. Unhealed trauma has caused these business men to pursue business just for the money not the purpose, and it makes them always have that bullying voice in the back of their mind annoying them. I tell all these people I help this advice and it changes their life and makes them happy beyond money. 1. Enjoy your business and the journey, you gotta optimise your business for the most fun, and enjoy the journey cause that is what it is all about. 2. Heal your trauma, simply bring up the old unprocessed emotion, then act on what your brain tells you or just shake for a couple of mins and repeat that for all trauma incidents and that will begin healing you.

Why you feel empty even despite success
My story with healing trauma
(Donโ€™t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) From January 2024 to April 2024, I went through a very rough time in life, it happens. You see at school my only friend in my class left, and that left me lonely and at lunch and breaks, I of course did not want to be alone so I ran around with people in the year below me and they were never true friends. I talked to these guys on the bus and occasionally outside of school so I thought it would be fine of I hanged around with them at lunch, break and etc. So that is what I do, it is fine at first, no bullying. But as time goes on it begins, it starts small, just a few names every now and then, no biggie. But it progressively gets worse and worse, I foolishly play into their โ€œgameโ€ too. I give them reactions, as a joke not cause I was actually mad at them but just for my own fun too. But that gets out of control, they do it so much that it actually pisses me off and more and more people do it. It got so bad like 50+ people would call me the nick name and just bully me so bad. I actually left school early in my final year, cause of it, and this brings me to the point were I finally begin healing this awful trauma that would forever affect me, make me less money for the rest of my life of I did not heal it. It begins in April of 2024โ€ฆ By this point I had been on the traditional mental health habits like meditation, gratitude journaling and etc. So it begins here, the morning after I left school I began my healing journey the first thing I did was journal the whole story in brutal detail, then I reframed the story to make it seem like it was a good thing, and I wrote why the bullies, bullied me so I could understand they were the true victims not me. This helped tremendously, from that point on I kept that note close by, so I could look at it anytime I felt down. That was the biggest thing for me healing this trauma honestly was journaling that.
