Workout Change
Decided to get workout in the morning vs afternoon. Under pressure to get in and out vs being able to take as long as I want in the evenings. Less chance of skipping workout if I just get it done in the morning. Might do cardio in the morning and weights at night. The advantage of the night workout is I am more likely to skip the bar.
