You can’t scale chaos. If your systems are inconsistent… your results will be too. Before you grow: Document your process. What in your business only works because you are involved?

After getting my bloodwork back, we are changing from the carnivore diet and going more of a Mediterranean style. I'm going to re-test my bloodwork in 6 months to see where I stand. So far I'm down 25 lbs from diet alone with a few cheat meals here and there. I had a ton of energy on the Carnivore diet but with the Mediterranean, I don't feel as energetic and I feel hungry more often. That should change when we dial in the portion sizes. I still have more energy than I had before starting the diet. Every step forward is progress!

To dwelling on regret of past choices I have made. Time for me to let go of that weight and move forward towards a life I actually want. 5/1/26

Everybody says they want to win… but do you actually have a plan? 👀 That’s the gap. Winning isn’t about motivation—it’s about systems, reps, and consistency.
