You don't have a knowledge problem. You have an execution problem. You already know you need to work out, eat better, read more, show up every day. You already know exactly what you're avoiding, and it's probably exactly what needs doing most. Knowing means nothing if you won't act on it. You can consume every book, every podcast, every course, and still be standing in the same spot five years from now, because information without execution is worthless. Everybody says they want more. Then it's time to do the boring, uncomfortable work for the thousandth time, and most people go look for another answer instead. You don't need another answer. You need to execute the ones you already have. Your goals don't care what you know. They care what you do.
