Hi all! We’re trying to cut down our contractors’ time in going to offices to get ink signatures on paper invoices after completing a unit(s).
Would anyone happen to know if electronic signatures are as legally biding if you have to put a mechanic’s lien on a property due to nonpayment? Specifically for Texas (and commercial/multifamily)
