I’ve been listening to Diary of a CEO (tons of great ideas to implement so far) and I’m on the chapter where he’s discussing transparency in business practices (eg Uber showing people where the car is en route on the in-app map). We don’t typically have clients (property managers) frustrated with transparency because our turnaround times are so fast (less than three days oftentimes), but today I did have a manager text me to ask if a few apartments were done being painted. So I was wondering if/how we should implement some kind of end of day picture check in or something. I’d suggested to my business partner that we have an online checklist contractors could complete (though this was more for QC)but he said contractors will have paint all over and don’t want to have to touch a. Hi all! We’re trying to cut down our contractors’ time in going to offices to get ink signatures on paper invoices after completing a unit(s). Would anyone happen to know if electronic signatures are as legally biding if you have to put a mechanic’s lien on a property due to nonpayment?
