Hi all! Weāre trying to cut down our contractorsā time in going to offices to get ink signatures on paper invoices after completing a unit(s). Would anyone happen to know if electronic signatures are as legally biding if you have to put a mechanicās lien on a property due to nonpayment? Specifically for Texas (and commercial/multifamily) Thank you very much! If not, thatās ok, I can ask Legal Shield but I figured I could ask here first.
