Facebook and instagram ads, advice and tip-style organic content on social media, small speaking events and training for small groups (for example- I am not religious at all but a church asked me to come speak about investing in real estate to their young couples group), or schools, or other small groups. Think of the small weird places you can advertise but are usually budget friendly- I do bowling alley ads on their tvs, local bars/pubs rotate ads on their tv screens, and ads printed on tables at restaurants. Our chamber of commerce allows you rent the space in from (busy intersection) and put up 3X5 signs, I do that as well. Post card mailers (you can target by household income, do they own/rent, etc. Not any one of those things probably does it on its own- I'm just aiming to be one of the most recognized local names in real estate, so hopefully I am their first thought in mind when the time comes.
