delaying a project I am dreading

Today I say no to skipping a workout

Not recording one screen share video explaining a paperwork process for training of new help.

Not getting one additional video edited.

Dwelling on the whole list of what needs done overall on all projects. Prioritizing what I CAN reasonably get done in one day and only dwelling on that.
