Qi Gong and Bread
Another successful day of practicing Qi Gong while our bread was baking on the pellet grill. Doing an extended post position allowed the dove to come in to feed. It was a bit Zen. Hope everyone had a good day. See ya in the morning. If you are around stop by for some fresh bread😊
