Hello friends ,,, I completed my 7-Day challenge yesterday it was Great !!

Physically and mentally beneficial !!!

A a good start on a New Journey !!

As of today I an 67,,, 2 months away from Retirement ,,, and to be i wasn't looking forward to it ,,, and working most of my life and this is a new Direction ,,, Sonny and The 7-Day challenge ( Rooted Alchemy ) came along at the right time " as I came to the end of one Journey a New Journey presented itself ,,,
