Gooooooood Morning, Rooted Alchmey

What a beautiful morning outside. The stars are out and praise be to the gods no wind. What a time to stand the post. It’s 4:30 am and a bit early for the day to start but today is bread day. Once a month I make sour dough bread and it’s an all day process so have to get my practice in early.

Today is week 2 of Tai Chi. Looking forward to practice with great anticipation
