Happy New Year 2026!
From my house to yours I wish the Rooted Alchemy Community a very blessed and prosperous New Year. There appears to be many new people who have joined this community to get healthier, stronger and to gain a better knowledge and awareness of what surrounds us and how we can create a better lifestyle through our breathing and daily postures as we live out our lives.
My thoughts are of a fantastic year, understanding and gaining more knowledge through personal practices and sharing the practice with people that we care about.
