Good morning everyone. I thought I would share a few of my own personal mile stones that I've reached since joining this community.
Breathing in through the nose, out through the mouth. I use to breath in and out through the nose only. My breath was coordinated with my movement, but for me, #1 game changer. I feel the rise and fall.
My #2 thing that has helped me ~ the gaze is subtle.
I never really knew where to look. I even realized I had my eyes closed a lot of the time.
Anyway, the gaze being subtle and noticing the hands crossing center line. Noticing top position , then bottom
