What is the Ronin play here

Quick question for you guys:

So a little bit of background. I was inspired by Mr. A and also other tools that are kind of like "Creators in your pocket" type of thing powered by AI.

I created my own platform where you basically load all your knowledge, meaning all the course content, all the Loom videos, all the coaching calls, and so on and so forth, and from there, you can have students query the course contents.

You can also create separate agents, where each agent can help the student with one framework.

So for example, how to write a GDoc or a T3 or any framework you give it.

My question is, what kind of Ronin play can be done here?

As I'm a service provider type mentality, I was thinking of a setup fee and then monthly ongoing fee for the platform, knowing that I pay for the API cost for the LLM, but I was thinking I could do something else that is a bit more Ronin where I do the install for either no cost or like a very low cost, and then we split the cost on the subscription that the creator does. So that's one of my questions for you. Any idea? Thanks.
