How I responded to a DM this morning [updated]

This dude reached out this morning from my "King Midas" post.
He suggested we talk. I ain't ready to talk yet.
I know this guy already. I know his biz was at multiple 6 figs last time we talked a couple years ago.
My initial answer is "no", we'll see if he can take me off that.
Here's what the dude is competing with that he doesn't know...
- and I are ALL-IN on a new project that we both love.
Those are my top 2 priorities.
For anyone to get my time or attention, it's gotta be something really, really fucking good.
Anyway, attached message exchange so far. We'll see how he responds.
