Just heard about Ed Akehurst
He was an awesome Ronin and one of the first friendly faces I connected with when I joined. Super sad to hear of his passing. Rest in peace, Ed. You'll be missed around here.

Yeah, I heard about that last week. I had a great convo with him on one of the webinars I did a few months ago. Really kind, smart and caring dude.
Coffee Date rejection 😢
Imagine a handyman who wanted to get on a call to talk to you about hammers? Big NO! Borrrrrring! I bet you’ve got a hammer already too! You’ve got waaaay better things to do, right? But… Imagine the handyman sends you a text… “Hey, I drove by the other day and noticed your front door was pretty warn and starting to warp? Is water getting in? Do you need any help with that?” Same with sales and marketing… “Hey, I was on your webinar the other day. You have the most innovative way to get vacant land deals I’ve ever seen. I think every new investor should start this way. Would you like to get in front of more business owners (like me) looking to get into vacant land?” ^I’ve researched this. I’ve done it. I know they WANT this. When they say YES! Then have a fun Zoom coffee date! Talking about THEIR people’s problems, the industry challenges, then THEIR goals and what they want to build or fix. Once you explore and find a “job” they want to get done that they don’t have the time, energy or expertise for then you make your Risk Free Proposal. They don’t give a shizz about your toolbox. It would be weird if they did! Have a coffee date… Not a sales call to sell them your hammer/sales saver/rainmaker/ai tool. You will be surprised at how fun, easy and the directions you can go. But for the love of all that is holy! Stop talking about your tools. Especially in the DMs. They absolutely do not want to schedule a call to talk about a hammer:-) Rooting for Ya, Travis

Reading between the lines between yesterday's post and today's, it seems like these 2 posts are partially answering the gossip question... "So what’s happening now that stops Ronin from getting all the deals they want?" And the 2 obvious answers I see... They're getting rejected for coffee dates. and They're asking unhelpful questions when they do get on the coffee dates.

Just got mine!

You know what they say? Assumptions... Assumptions are the MOAFU's!!! TOTAL WALLET WRECKERS!!! We hear Big Daddy T say... "Is that based on data or thinking (assumptions)? Seems nothing kills sales like good 'ol ASSumptions! So anytime there's a way to bypass guessing and get straight to what the market says... ...we'd jump all over that, right? Good! So I have this tool. (Ya, everyone has a tool now.) Remember what else Travis says...'"The best marketing is created by...THE MARKET!!!" Mine helps YouTube creators read the minds of their market. People LOVE talking about their problems and spewing their shit all over the internets. AND they do it in comments sitting right below YT videos. But instead of the video creator reading, sifting, and sorting through endless comments. My tool scrapes that goldmine of comments (500) and returns fat nuggets to the creators. "What challenges does my audience have that they're already sold on fixing?" They're screaming it in the comments. "What questions are they asking?" My tool lists the top recurring questions the viewers have. "I have no idea what video to make next!" How about 5 video title ideas based on what the MARKET is saying? "If only I could monetize my audience more." Cool...here's several themes pulled from the viewer comments and a handful of digital products AI could easily create based on those themes. Here's the rub though... What to charge for that tool. There's COGS involved. Formwise costs. AI credits API Etc. A little tough to predict. So... I need your opinion on pricing the tool. Mind testing the tool real quick? 1. Grab a YouTube video URL. 2. Head to the tool here: https://app.formwise.ai/form_single/1749509480553x640923382188343300 3. And let me know in the poll below what you'd pay? I see three good uses for the tool: 1. Allows YT creators to listen to their market and make decisions based on data. 2. Let's those creators spy on the competition. What's THEIR audience talkin 'bout? 3. Gives Ronin-types something to send to potential YT channel partners. (The tool output can easily be pasted into a PDF to send along with a "Can I pay you..." message.

I gotta check this out in the morning from my computer. I have a feeling you’re onto something, Tom

I like it a lot, Tom. My big concern is getting "youtube superstars" to appreciate it. Looking at the comments above... I agree with, @Jon Tarr and @Chris Wright - this is a great tool for marketers who want to partner up with youtubers to add revenue streams. I'm also finding that if we give people too much with only dropping a link in, they tend to undervalue it. It wouldn't be hard to do a little something with that though. You could add a couple questions about their goals and challenges to customize the responses a bit. That way they feel like they've "earned" their reward of great output.
Research Form
Hey Everyone, Travis talks about doing research on potential Profit Partners. Has anyone developed a form for research that you can share? I was / am creating on, but figured why recreate the wheel if it has already been done

Hey Jon, this only answers one part of research, but it's an important part that most folks miss. Check out this post and video I recorded It shows how to use the Mind Reader AI tool to get inside the mind of your ideal partner and then how to message them.
