Got a good entrepreneurial punch in the face today. BUT… Even though Tyson said everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face, What’s the plan FOR getting punched in the face? I literally get punched in the face multiple times a week (Krav Maga). Not the knockout kind, but still uncomfortable. So I’ve developed plans for when that happens. I’ve learned to see it coming. I’ve learned to be more nimble on my feet. I’ve learned counters to use after it happens. Nothing really changes as an entrepreneur. I’ve just learned to have a plan if certain things happen. Sure it sucks sometimes in the moment, But it’s a matter of how do I want to stay in that sucky moment? Not long! Fight on!

If you have level 10 authority, you can make very general offers with level 1 specificity. If you have level 1 authority, you must have level 10 specificity and relevance. 👉MYTH: Authority and fame is a must to make money. 👉MYTH BU$TER: Authority is only REQUIRED to make money if you don’t have specificity. Why does money-making seem so damn hard? ...because people watch Tony Robbins make offers: Unleash The Power Within and watch him rake in the bucks. But then they go try and make a general offer with no specificity and they talk and talk and talk...like Tony. AND it works about as well as trying to fart quietly in the library... This leads the world to believe we must be famous to make money. No... We must be SPECIFIC and RELEVANT! We must talk about a very TANGIBLE relief from pain, finger pointy results, and adding a time frame really helps. Most of our partners are NOT TONY ROBBINS. They likely have levels of authority are 3 to 5 if you were to put a number on it. I'd still come at these offers with a level 10 specificity and high relevance. 👉👉For example... If I were to want to test and sell a course called Auction Mojo in the next 24 hours... The safe bet is I am NOT Tony Robbins. Doing a 60-minute webinar about unleashing the power of auctions is gonna be a tough road. But... I bet ya dollars to donuts... If I reached out to 10 people... Know me or not... And said (customized for each), 💸"Hey, you've got a FB group of 23,000 pediatric doctors. I see they are super engaged. There's a new and FUN way to turn that following into $10k cash or more in 24 hours flat. Then double or triple the money over the next 7 days. May I share more?" I'd get peeps to say, "Sure." and voila I have the convo open!" Even with complete strangers... Look... We all get into cars with people we don't know AT ALL to give us rides. Why? Because we have a super specific need...and it's a RIGHT NOW need. We go to brand-new restaurants or stop at a food truck and let people we've never met prepare our food, which goes into our mouths!

It's something that each person can only discover for themselves... if it's even TRUE FOR THEM. I don't know shit about anyone else's experience. So, this is a self-serving post. It won't do shit for you. But it's valuable for me, so I'm writing it. My biggest lesson from Ronin is... "95% of what I've learned as *good marketing* is actually SALES PREVENTION" This isn't true for you... and never will be true for you unless you discover it for yourself. Otherwise, it's nonsense. @Travis Speegle and I spent a couple hours shooting the shit on Zoom yesterday. Almost everything with this dude comes down to 2 simple sentences responsible for him doing things like... profitably getting 47,000 leads in 10 days from content that's 7 years old. The dude has generated $100 million worth of leads and multiples of that in sales. He whispered the 2 magic sentences to me a few times before when we've talked... but this time they landed differently for me... because he told me this is EXACTLY what I'm doing with getting partnerships. The problem is... it used to be TOO SIMPLE for me. I needed fancy shit that I figured out myself. Now that I'm gettin a little smarter... I'm using a spoon to eat ice cream instead trying to impress people by eating it with a pitchfork... I see more of the magic of his sentences. = = = = = SPEEGLE'S MAGIC SENTENCE 1 - Test until it works. Testing means we need to do something. Thinking about shit and deciding that it won't work because our situation is so unique is NOT testing. Gathering opinions from other people who aren't doing shit is NOT testing. Jumping to another guru with a smarter system is NOT testing. Here's my simplest example from my experience partner wrangling. There are 2 things I started testing. 1 - WARM OUTREACH with Sago's "with your permission" framework 2 - TAPPING WHEN GHOSTED using Sago's "sales saver" framework That's it. I had to SEND MESSAGES to people I *might* want to partner with. I wasn't proposing marriage and kids. And I had to TAP THEM when they ghosted or forgot about me. Busy people get distracted and have too many people reaching out them already. If we don't have a strategy to handle this, we ain't getting coffee dates. I can't imagine any Ronin couldn't test these and start dialing them in for themselves in less than 2 weeks. 2 weeks max to "partner gettin mojo" that no one can ever take away from you. I would say 99.43% of the frustrations in my life were because I DELAYED testing.
