CDOD: How much effort are auctions for our PARTNERS?

For anyone who has run an auction already, how much time do you think your partner had to invest into the whole thing? Forget fulfillment, just planning/running the auction start to finish.

I told a lead earlier I thought it'd only take him a few hours besides fulfillment (his main thing is he's busy with a new paid Skool community), and I don't want to outright LIE about it. Fine walking back the time commitment but I have no clue what to say. 🤔
