So Ive seen where quite a few of you are part of groups or companies that hold meetings. I have a question to ask. So the co I work for has what they and im going to use my fingers and air quote have âleadershipâ meetings . I have a small issue with this cause you have to have morals/ethics/values/trustworthyness/ and courage to be a leader. Just because they call it a leadership meeting doesnât make management leaders. My question to you all is this, if you are apart of meetings , do they just call them meetings or do they have something specialized that they call them meetings?
