Spa day...with more driving and less sauna

It's sort of like a spa day today, half-hour massage at the chiropractor and pedicure, calf scrub and hot stone massage at the nail place. A little pampering is good for the soul. I wore shorts to avoid rolling the legs of linen pants for the pedicure.
