With the weather being the way it is, and we wear suits and different clothing that keeps the heat trapped in , we need to stay very hydrated . And no im def talking to myself as well, I need to do better keeping hydrated as well. Y’all know of some of my jobs im wearing my fire retardant long sleeve shirts, fr jeans , my fire loggers, plus hard hat and a safety vest and it’s 80 or hotter out.
Im sitting at the kitchen table getting myself rehydrated before bed . Our bodies are made up of like 70% water so let’s be careful to not get dehydrated .
Ive had heat stroke before working oil and gas and it literally scared my wife to death, they were trying to pump fluids in one vein and pull blood out of my other arm, but they blew that vein and I have pipeline veins so blood went every where, I lost my hearing and then my sight and blacked out. I don’t remeber when I came to .
So please take this serious
