Shoe Recommendations

What kind of dress shoe or boots would best suit for work. The work involves a lot of walking while wearing a suit. It must be good for many terrains, prevent you from getting blisters on the ball of your foot, comfortable to wear, and should not cause foot pain.

I have suffered quite a lot with blisters and foot pain in the joint and radiating pain throughout the big toe side. I am currently looking at Thursday Boot Captain Stormking as an option, however are there other options out there as well?
