South Texas business casual has to be practical as much as it is polished. With temperatures climbing above 95°F today and a schedule that has me moving in and out of buildings, I built this outfit around breathable comfort—a cream textured knit polo, olive trousers, cognac ostrich boots and belt, topped with a light straw cowboy hat.

The tailored silhouette keeps it boardroom-appropriate, while the Western elements reflect where I live and work without sacrificing professionalism.

Sometimes the best style isn’t about dressing for the weather or the office—it’s about dressing confidently for both.
