New office attire dilemma

So I switched jobs recently. Big change in my career with a lot of risk and hopeful upside. I am at a really fast growing tech startup. I’m in office everyday and the attire by everyone up to the CEO is as casual as you can imagine. Shorts, seats, tee shirts, etc. I don’t want to dress down but I also don’t want to be so over dressed. As someone who prefers a tie and a tweed blazer, it is tough for me to figure out the sweet spot. Any advice?
