Natural oils making my life a mess

My dad has blessed me with the innate ability to stain my own shirts with my own oils. My Dad typically is very oily and thus I was blessed with the same ability. Unfortunately I don't know how to wash my dress shirts and dry clean them. I know dry cleaning some of them will wear them out sooner. For the ones are machine washable. I have tried oxy clean and Soil, Stain, Remover and it would clean the affected area but then stain the entire shirt. Any ideas or points. It's really costly and it's one of the reasons why I avoid the purchase finer quality shirts.
