Looking like a King when Money is tight

I want to grow my style. For context I am about to be 32 years old and my style is still in my mind 20s. I now own a business as a side hustle (for now) and I currently am one of the top producers at my company (ranked number 5 out of 21 for sales).

I want to dress in a way that commands more authority. My problem? With three kids and a stay at home wife it would be an understatement to say money is tight.

What are some practical ways I can grow my style in a budget friendly way over the next year? I know thrift stores are an option so if you could give me other resources that would be useful when it comes to watches, jewelry, clothes, shoes etc...
