Discipline is Everything

Greetings honourable gentlemen

I did go to church yesterday, the subject was about a letter from St Paul to Philemon. It was a nice sermon about freedom and it give a lot to reflexion.

And this so desired freedom like in the movie "Brave heart" you have to fight for it everyday, and never transgress with your own discipline if you are willing to be a free man from anything, and it applies to anything in life : sport, work, learning new disciplines in life.

In ancient France, aiming for "Excellence" is a no négociable, and I believe it goes same with a gentleman who is willing to be better
