Movie, elegance and boxe
I recently discovered a great boxing movie, talking about a young american man from middle class willing to be a champion of boxe and to get married with the daughter of his boss. The main actor Erol Flynn is incredible and it's like watching a Conan McGregor of early 1900s. The thematics are really deep and powerful : will to conquer, meritocracy, self discipline. I think anyone who is willing to master the path of being a complete gentleman will enjoy the value of this movie. (101) Gentleman Jim (Official Trailer 1942) - YouTube

Discipline is Everything
Greetings honourable gentlemen I did go to church yesterday, the subject was about a letter from St Paul to Philemon. It was a nice sermon about freedom and it give a lot to reflexion. And this so desired freedom like in the movie "Brave heart" you have to fight for it everyday, and never transgress with your own discipline if you are willing to be a free man from anything, and it applies to anything in life : sport, work, learning new disciplines in life. In ancient France, aiming for "Excellence" is a no négociable, and I believe it goes same with a gentleman who is willing to be better Disciplina Virtus Religio Pietas Fides Constantia Auctoritas Gravitas Have a nice day in your projects gents

Favorite Hats and Other Accessories
I have been wearing the flat cap, also known as the messenger boy, for about 11 years. I’ve noticed that favorite accessories, like my hat pictured here, become like old friends after years of use. I have also found that it has become a cornerstone in my wardrobe, and something that I am known for by others. I would like to hear what timeless accessories and “old friends“ other men have in their collection.

Estimate gentlemen, I'm the Prince of Neuchâtel, I'm from France and for now I am working at a part time job in the historical domain, and video edit in "Sartorial niche" but it doesn't limit itself to the costume but also the lifestyle, many think a suit solve the problem but it's not the suit making the man but the man making the suit, but I will join soon the French foreign legion. Passion : military history, japanese culture, optimise my life, philosophy Hobbies : dressing up well, listening classical music, reading Tolkien, workout and English box, walking my dog, going to church every sunday (Why the mask ? Personal trademark and I find it both gorgeous and martial)
