CREATING A CUSTOM COWBOY HAT - Full Process

Today I’d like to show you the complete journey of creating a custom-made cowboy hat. It all begins when the client comes to my workshop to have his measurements taken and to design his hat. Together, we go over every detail, from the shape and materials to the finishing touches.

From there, we handcraft the entire hat and all of its elements from start to finish, carefully shaping, assembling, and refining each part with precision and dedication. The process continues through every stage of creation until the client returns to the workshop to pick up his fully personalized cowboy hat, made exclusively for him.
