Hey there, we are looking to upgrade our phone systems. Specifically, an option that works well for conferencing 4 or more people. Our current provider, MedTel, does not offer this option. We have also been battling a lot of spam calls. The spam filter MedTel said would help is not. We get at least 10 calls a day about our Google business listing 😵‍💫 We are considering Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing and would love to hear any insights (good or bad) on this option. We use Redtail Imaging to keep our client documents. Does anyone who uses it have a system that completed docusigns can be uploaded to imaging?

Good morning! Back in June @Kevin Stephison had asked about using "AI Notes" for virtual meetings in this thread. I'm currently considering adding a meeting assistant to help with my Zoom/Teams meetings to record/transcribe/summarize my client meetings. I know @Joe Moss mentioned in the thread above that he's used Grain and Fathom. Curious, Joe... which of these 2 would you recommend and why? In the same thread @Brian Quaranta mentioned Avoma. And @Mark Wellman suggested a couple additional options. Anyone else trialed or using any of these tools and have any thoughts or opinions? Thanks very much 😀
