This is great @Joe Moss - thanks If you're interested, I can tell you about some cool additional features that Vegaminds offers...
Encrypting information
Because we do Simple IRAs, we have a lot of small, under $50k clients. We call them Tier 4 and those we are reactive and send them a letter once a year, identifying their risk tolerance, time, horizon and what portfolio they are in. I'm looking for the best way to get that to the clients by email securely. We use Redtail, we have GReminders, and FMG Marketing Suite. Anyone with any input would be great. Last year I used a plug in for Outlook but it turned the text to rainbow color.

If you're using Outlook, it has native encryption available via O365: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/send-encrypted-messages-with-a-microsoft-365-personal-or-family-subscription-3521aa01-77e3-4cfd-8a13-299eb60b1957 I use it all the time.

@Nikki Whittle I would imagine this is possible, but I don't know and have never tried it
Zeplyn AI vs. Jump AI - Redtail
Also curious if anyone has compared Zeplyn AI vs. Jump AI when used alongside Redtail? Any feedback or experience with either platform would be super helpful.

Be sure to do a demo with https://vegaminds.com/ They have a great feature set for about half the price of the other advisor solutions in this space
Virtual Meeting Assistants
Good morning! Back in June @Kevin Stephison had asked about using "AI Notes" for virtual meetings in this thread. I'm currently considering adding a meeting assistant to help with my Zoom/Teams meetings to record/transcribe/summarize my client meetings. I know @Joe Moss mentioned in the thread above that he's used Grain and Fathom. Curious, Joe... which of these 2 would you recommend and why? In the same thread @Brian Quaranta mentioned Avoma. And @Mark Wellman suggested a couple additional options. Anyone else trialed or using any of these tools and have any thoughts or opinions? Thanks very much 😀

I recognize the list of options in this category is growing daily and essentially endless, but just discovered https://www.vowel.com/ which looks like an interesting alternative to Zoom with AI baked right in FYI

I currently use https://meetthyme.com/ @Lauren Linn But they just announced they're being acquired by Altruist so will be interested to see if/how that changes things I'm also curious to see Wealthbox's AI notetaker that they've said is rolling out in July Thyme has worked wonderfully but I'm also questioning if a non-advisor solution like Fireflies might work just as well for about 1/3 of the cost since Fireflies also integrates with Wealthbox
Greminders vs Calendly?
Happy Friday, y'all! I've been using Calendly for years, but haven't integrated it into Wealthbox. It's worked well... Considering a move to Greminders instead of trying to duct-tape together something with Calendly + Zapier + Wealthbox Anyone made the switch? Have any feedback? Also, I think - based on what I've seen - that Greminders might be able to also replace Knudge for automated client tasks like inviting them to schedule their 6 month strategy meeting or requesting their tax return annually, etc. through their automations: https://www.greminders.com/product/automations Welcome any thoughts or feedback from anyone using Greminders for scheduling, automations/client tasks & reminders, and integration with Wealthbox. Thanks!

Thanks, @Thomas Higgins - yeah, while I don't have all of the same capabilities with Calendly that I'd get with Greminders, Calendly works and is simple to setup and use. Need to evaluate form, function, and fuss...

Thank you, @Katherine Beltran - appreciate the thorough reply and your perspective on this... Leaning toward a switch from Calendly --> GReminders
