For those of you who use Wealthbox as your CRM system, how are you tracking clients versus prospects?

For those of you who use Wealthbox as a CRM system, do you use tasks to log client calls or notes?

Hello! What are your firms using for data gathering? We would like to collect the data and have the client attest or sign the information is true and valid. I know this information is entered in the CRM and I know it is entered in the custodian’ platforms for account opening as well but we would like to store that date gathering signed document on our side (not the custodian’ platform). Good morning! Back in June @Kevin Stephison had asked about using "AI Notes" for virtual meetings in this thread. I'm currently considering adding a meeting assistant to help with my Zoom/Teams meetings to record/transcribe/summarize my client meetings. I know @Joe Moss mentioned in the thread above that he's used Grain and Fathom. Curious, Joe... which of these 2 would you recommend and why? In the same thread @Brian Quaranta mentioned Avoma. And @Mark Wellman suggested a couple additional options. Anyone else trialed or using any of these tools and have any thoughts or opinions? Thanks very much 😀

Does anyone use eMoney for onboarding a client to gather information from the client using the client portal? If so, what are the pros and cons of this that you have found when using it?
