Advyzon CRM workflows
Hey all - I am banging my head against the wall with a few simple (in my opinion!) issues I can't seem to resolve related to setting up some Advyzon CRM workflows. Most of it has to do with triggering a workflow when a meeting is put on the calendar. Anyone experienced users out there willing to share 10min with me over Zoom or Teams?

RILA anniversaries
How do you handle RILA anniversaries? We thought we could attach a workflow for RILA anniversaries, but where can we put a date that would be reoccurring to run a report to attach the workflow? Or should we just make a repeatable activity on the contact for their anniversary every year?

You're asking the right question, and it's a practical one that trips up a lot of teams. You've got two realistic paths. Option 1: Custom date field/UDF, plus a quarterly report to flag upcoming anniversaries. Manual trigger, but clean for bulk visibility. Option 2: Repeatable annual task on the contact. Reminder surfaces in the calendar each year.
