Celebrating the small wins ✨
Today I want to celebrate that I have really listened to my body the previous week. I had a lot of PMS and my body kind of shut down (which happens every month but this time it was on an extreme level). So I allowed my self just being at home for 3 days doing whatever I felt like, which mostly was lying in the sofa and bed, and one day I didn’t even go outside, which is a huge deal for me.
Even though I felt better I canceled my plans to live at my best friends house and taking care of her puppy this week. I swollowed my people pleasing mind and I’m going to prioritize all the energy I have left to my new job, since I still feel very sensitive.
Feeling very proud of myself 😀 And I'm looking forward to a new PMS-free week 😅
