Closed on turnkey #2 with Spartan Invest yesterday. Almost 2 months to the day from the close of my first. The process is way too easy, and Brian and Danny were there for every step of the way. Not only was it easy, but the 2nd property appraised for $7500 over my purchase price... huge win!

Closed on #5 in TN. Worked with Turnkey Investments. Always a worrisome experience paying money for a house you never seen. But getting smoother. House appraised $500 over asking. It isn’t mich but I’ll take it. Thanks Brian for the guidance. Hoping for #6 by the end of the year.
