Officially closed on my 1st ever Turnkey Property!!! 😃

Hey everyone! I am pleased to announce I officially closed escrow today on my first Turnkey Property 🏡 in Alabama! I have also just started my journey into the purchase of a 2nd Turnkey Property just like that! I’m going all in. Spartan definitely seems super awesome and easy to work with, with great incentives.

I just wanted to give a special shoutout to Brian for all his guidance, educating, and coaching over the past few months…and for also being there to stay on my ass when I procrastinated too many weeks/months unnecessarily and took no action, thanks to him, I got the ball rolling.
