Super late post: But happy to report I had closed on a 2nd turnkey property in Alabama shortly after obtaining my first. So far my experience with Spartan and the property management company has been super smooth and easy to work with. Thanks for all your help and guidance Brian!

Hey everyone! I am pleased to announce I officially closed escrow today on my first Turnkey Property 🏡 in Alabama! I have also just started my journey into the purchase of a 2nd Turnkey Property just like that! I’m going all in. Spartan definitely seems super awesome and easy to work with, with great incentives. I just wanted to give a special shoutout to Brian for all his guidance, educating, and coaching over the past few months…and for also being there to stay on my ass when I procrastinated too many weeks/months unnecessarily and took no action, thanks to him, I got the ball rolling. I am looking forward to the long term benefits of this and many more investments alike! 💰💰 Thanks Brian!

Hi all, recently closed on #2 in Alabama with Spartan. Appraised at 5k over, already have a renter in as well. That’s two in Alabama; very easy working with Danny. Grateful for Brian. Looking forward to #3.
