Journal Prompts
As we all continue to map our Frame → Floor → Focus, below are some prompts to work with. 𝐃𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲. 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭. 𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐰𝐧. 1. Based on my last 7 days, my current identity (behavior-based) is: ______ 2. The identity I’m choosing (future-led) is: ______ 3. My Daily Floor (ONE yes/no item only) is: ______ 4. The thing I must remove this week to protect it is: ______ 5. If I violate it, my consequence is: ______ 6. This week’s Focus (one proof outcome by Friday) is: ______ 7. One “Go For No” ask I will send before Friday is: ______ I want you to read this part again and honestly answer to yourself if you are letting the world around you shape your identity. 𝐃𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲. 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭. 𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐰𝐧. Don't let your future you be by default. If you are here, it's because you paid to be here. I removed 60+ people last night from this group. Some, it was honestly hard to hit that button. Don't cheat yourself. Do the work.
Journal Prompts
February Theme: IDENTITY - Who the hell am I?
Finishing up January: 1. What is now true about me that wasn’t true on January 1? 2. What promise will I carry into February as proof that I am a different being? 🔹 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊 𝟏 – 𝐔𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒃𝒚 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒐𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒌 𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒖𝒃𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. February 1 - Who have I been pretending to be, and what does that pretense cost me? February 2 - What standard have I avoided installing because it would make me unrecognizable? February 3 - What identity or role am I still clinging to even though I’ve outgrown it? February 4 - Where am I waiting for clarity, when what I really need is courage? February 5 - What fear is keeping me loyal to a version of myself I no longer respect? February 6 - What part of my past identity do I still use as an excuse? February 7 - What story am I done telling myself about who I am?
JOURNAL: Train your nervous system to seek rejection, not avoid it.
1. Fear becomes feedback. Discomfort becomes a metric. 2. What emotion do I resist feeling the most — and why? 3. When I imagine being rejected, what’s the physical sensation I feel? (What if that feeling was simply a signal of growth? - see Marcel's "NO" story this week) 4. What story have I told myself about what “no” means? (Whose voice or belief does that story actually come from?) 5. What was a time when a “no” turned out to be a blessing, AND What did it lead me to that I wouldn’t have found otherwise? As we continue to go for "NO" - let's share some of our responses publicly. Others' responses help me realize things I struggle with, even things I didn't realize were a struggle for me. This is how the collective grows. I know many of you still need to submit payment to stay in the group before it raises to $29/month on Feb 1. JOURNAL: Train your nervous system to seek rejection, not avoid it.
Journal Prompts: January "Go for No"
- What’s one thing I did this month that scared me, and proved I’m different now? - How would my old self have avoided that moment? - What’s now normal that used to feel impossible? - What does that say about my trajectory? - How has my definition of success evolved this month? - What’s one metric I’ve stopped caring about?
