Where in my leadership, thinking, or behavior am I still trying to create safety by controlling volatility, when what I really need is the kind of exposure, discomfort, and accountability that would make me stronger?
Example:
“Maybe I say I want growth, but I keep avoiding the very conditions that produce it: direct feedback, shared ownership, visible risk, hard decisions, and the discomfort of not being fully in control.”
