RTMG Calls: Do we need timers on shares?
I’ve noticed some get long winded on shares. Should we impose quicker shares? Poll below.
Today’s call, the exchange with Joe was great back and forth with multiple people commenting. (LOVED that exchange).
I want to make sure we are outcomes focused - even if the outcome is committing to a change in direction. (Accountable to each other).
I like a fast paced call. Some days, deeper conversations are great for flow, but not if it disrupts the pace.
