Introduction

Hello Everyone.

My Name's Luke and I am based in Leeds but currently live in Wakefield, Trade is data analytics currently in Operations.

Thought would give this a go as been learning property for past couple of months. Originally invested in some R2SA. I currently have 2 but switching one out as one not doing well.

Currently setup but not fully compliant but can be done within a couple of hours (done the AML training).

Currently sourcing in Leeds and Wakefield area but will be open to other areas remotely. Goal is to get enough capital from this to start investing in my own assets.

Hope to speak to people soon 😁😁😬.
