I'm looking at setting up my company but my landlord is planning on selling the house I live in. I have no idea of when this will happen. Is this going to cause issues with the set up or changing details after?

👋🏻 Working my way through the lessons. When setting up the company, did you all use your personal address? Was going through the process on Tide (very simple btw) but stopped at address, it says they can offer one for a fee - I remember when I had a company before I used my accountant address, also have you set up all 3 companies or just the trading one for now? If all 3 how do you link them all in the description James mentions, is there a specific way to set them up (does the holding company own the shares of the other two) or is that an accountant task? What have you guys done?

Hello Everyone. My Name's Luke and I am based in Leeds but currently live in Wakefield, Trade is data analytics currently in Operations. Thought would give this a go as been learning property for past couple of months. Originally invested in some R2SA. I currently have 2 but switching one out as one not doing well. Currently setup but not fully compliant but can be done within a couple of hours (done the AML training). Currently sourcing in Leeds and Wakefield area but will be open to other areas remotely.
